Sell the rally

We got some news today. China export number is good. Portugal bond auction went well. Big Ben tried to pump up market again. But at the end none of them matters, market made an intraday reversal and closed at the low. Looks like S&P wants to test 1040 for the 4th time tomorrow. I never heard of 4th time charm.

Look at the channel chart, S&P topped near the channel resistance line and made lower high. VIX touched 30 at the same time, as I said before 30 level is a major support. I bought 5% June TZA $8 call there. If you have long position, I suggest you to hedge.
