They increased my monthly bill by $45, I called them for explanation, now they are kind enough to only increase $5.
I wonder if I should send a letter to thank them?

is it because the promo period ended and it went up to the regular rate?
i pay total $80 for cable, phone, and internet.
but it will be $129+ after one year.

Have to read the bill. It will increase again after 3-6 months. Call them again, will cut back most time. If you lazy gotta pay the high bill.

My experience is that you may get a good discount if you can talk to them in the very late evening.
