CBI new high!

CBI made 52week new high today although volume is not that big. If the whole market won't have big pull back, it has good petential to go up more. Any comments or suggestions please?

From the weekly chart, resistance at 200ma which is $27.5. Most the engineering stock like fwlt, jec, mdr all going up.
The most I like is flr
