I think it's a data error - That price was the intraday high.

Just checked 1 min intraday data from FreeStockCharts and 2 min from Google finance.

真有1M的Market买单，SPY能冲上$10，000，把所有GTC的卖单都吃了。Limite买单，是不会有这个成交量的。
