GM的本土员工和经销商部分可由新东家接手，同行竞争者也可买去接手。因本土市场供需比例，需相应数量的生产者，是本土的内部循环。老美对本土汽车制造业有保护政策。
相信大部分本土员工可以和平过渡；其海外分支部分非美籍员工不好说了。

GM的蓝领员工工资一小时算福利的话$55，公会势力庞大。倒了吧，也好。

现在GM破产了,难道工会就倒了?新GM就没有工会了?工人的工资能降低?

我看,新GM只是从各方吸入资金,然后等待下次危机再破产.
