Government debt may equal the country's output. The worse a country's credit rating, the more expensive it is to borrow. But where those TARP money go? I believe most of it go to the market instead of risky loan. Banks use these money to buy their new shares, to play their wash tradings? Goverment printed trillions of money will defintely push market to a certian high level. But it will not go that high, banks need buy low then sell high back and forth, finally, turn the TARP money into their own profits... At that time, banks are all easy to turn their TARP money. But government still want banks to loan money and do not want the TARP money return.... then banks will continue to play the money in the stock market to dig more profits... but if no more TARP money injected, banks will not profit... they will burn their profits very quickly in stock market... another round of deeper recession will come.. Now, let us go to the stock market to rob TARP money and save it in your own account!!! |
