P&G 常见面试问题

以前曾去申请过P&G的工作，虽然最后没被录取，但是还是保留了一些当时面试之前搜集的常见问题。据我和其他几个参加面试的交谈，所有的问题都基本罗列在内。不过，我当时比较背，因为面试我的经理当天身体不舒服，所以换了个Finance department的最高头头，结果面试完全就是随机式的，很多问题都大出我的意料之外。当然，我这个情况完全是特例。一般来说，只要准备好以下的问题，基本上就可以了。希望对大家能有所帮助。

1. Give an example of a time when you were leading and influencing the direction of
a　project or task.
　　
2. Describe a situation when you faced a difficult problem and how you solved it.

3. Give an example of a time when you were able to come up with new ideas that
were key to the success of some activity or project.

4. Describe an instance where you set your sights on a high/demanding goal and saw it
though completion.

5. Summarize a situation where you took the initiative to get others on an important
task or issue, and played a leading role to achieve the results you wanted.

6. Describe a situation where you had seek out relevant information, define key issues,
and decide on which steps to take to get the desired results.

7. Describe an instance where you made effective use of facts to secure the agreement
of others.

8. Give an example of how you worked effectively with people to accomplish an
important result.

9. Describe a creative/innovative idea that you produced which led to a significant
contribution to the success of an activity or project.

10. Provide an example of how you assessed a situation and achieved good results by
focusing on the most important priorities.

11. Provide an example of how you acquired technical skills and converted them to
practical application.
