stupid mistake

I request the position transfer from my OX brokerage to IB.

IB rejects my futures option positions and only transfer my equity positions, which causes OX acct in deep margin call.
I was trying to ask OX to reclaim the equity positions back, but it is denied by IB, b/c there is 10 days locking period for new position transfer in. WTF......  

So, the liquidation comes....

Could you do something like sell long position in OX, and at the same time buy calls in IB to keep the same position roughly but use less cash?

ya, I can do the offset trades in each account.
just don't like to pay 0.40 to close the way OTM position plus the  the commission for exp. in 2 weeks.
they even close one option position for 0.01 expired today.

Or sell short position in OX, and at the same time buy puts in IB to keep the same position roughly but use less cash?
