Let me review other markets first:
· Crude below $30 again. It traded at $28.45 at 4:00pm.
· USD/JPY closed at 115.08. Last night low 114.21. Bulls want to see it above 116. If USD/JPY makes new low, it will be very bearish for the equity market.
· DAX, FTSE, CAC, NIKK all below or at January low. They are all down 20~30% from 52 week high. Comparing to them, SPX is the strongest, only down 15% from 52 week high.
The global market weakness now acts as headwinds for US equity market.
Tomorrow and Thursday Yellen will speak in congress. That very likely will be a market mover. I just don't know to which direction. So I will make my trade plan as simple as possible.
For tomorrow ES trading:
· If above 1865 and stays, it is bullish. Initial target 1880. Could go as high as 1900~1910.
· If can't get above 1865, it is bearish. Initial target 1821.75. Could challenge 1804.25. |
