如果手头资金非常有限，比如说只有4000大洋，而且不能DT，在如今这种市场该怎么做才好？

just learn the market from paper trading... and accumulate the real $$$ at the same time.... 4k is too little to play with for short-term wise as the commission will eat most of your profit if there is any.
