If“This indicator's trend cycle extremes take place every 18 to 24 months.”  什么时候是上一次“trend cycle extremes complacency”？
是不是 2014  May？
When  that  #  〉102？
18  个月以后就是  2015  October/November？  extremes complacency again ？
