ITASCA, Ill., March 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Gogo Inc. (NASDAQ: GOGO)
announced today the pricing of $340 million aggregate principal amount of
convertible senior notes due 2020 (the "notes") in a private offering to
qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities
Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act").  The notes will bear
interest at a rate of 3.75% per year, payable semiannually in arrears on
March 1 and September 1 of each year, beginning September 1, 2015.  In
certain circumstances, the notes may be converted at an initial conversion
price of approximately $23.85 per share of Gogo's common stock, representing
a 22.50% conversion premium over the closing price of $19.47 per share on
the NASDAQ Global Select Market on March 3, 2015

不一定，有时候是short 平仓。

原来玩solar的时候碰到很多次类似的，有人说short买不到足够的股票平仓，就从庄家手里买，这样不抬价钱，而且庄家可以有融资。都是野鸡FA，听着玩吧。

Gogo reports 4Q loss
Gogo reports fourth-quarter loss but tops expectations

ITASCA, Ill. (AP) _ Gogo Inc. (GOGO) on Thursday reported a loss of $24.1 million in its fourth quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Itasca, Illinois-based company said it had a loss of 28 cents.

The results exceeded Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for a loss of 31 cents per share.

The in-flight Internet provider posted revenue of $109.2 million in the period, also topping Street forecasts. Analysts expected $106.4 million, according to Zacks.

For the year, the company reported that its loss narrowed to $84.5 million, or 99 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $408.5 million.

Gogo expects full-year revenue in the range of $490 million to $510 million.

Gogo shares have climbed roughly 6 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has dropped 10 percent in the last 12 months.
