a terrible night
First, got an e-mail from walmart.com for an order update, which I never placed. Felt very fishy and unhappy, so logged in my 2-year idle account ( yeah, I am lucky as the hacker does not change my password), and found a $300 item laid in my order history. Cancelled it within seconds and called CSR next, and was told there are 2 more pending orders. I did not even get emails about them. Asked CSR to cancel them all and close my account. She said I have to call back after 24 hours due to cancelled orders. (What a stupid policy!)
Then, I googled online and surprised my case is not alone. Walmart.com is on purpose using lousy security to "help" hackers to steal money from CC. There are many similar cases filed and Walmart has done nothing. I have never got this kind of problem in other websites.
