how to rent out a single family house

Post on local craiglist -- no cost to you and tight now renting market is pretty hot.

You may wish to consult / discuss with people has renter property on how to screen renter and how to write contract.

for single family house rent out, u don't want to put on craigslist, best way is to hire a listing agent, you pay no fee, but the agent will earn 1 month rent as commission from the client.

the agent can help you do good job on credit check for free and arrange clients to see your house.

Too bad to know I guess your area is different than central  Texas. I knew some Chinese landlords here, they post on Craiglist for renting out their SFH and Duplex.

To post on Craiglist, you need to do it every day -  a lot of information got flooded away quickly. Also don't expect to rend it out in a few days, even a few weeks.
Also if you find an agent to help you, they usually charge you 3/4 to 1 month of rent after it is rented out
