GOOG Q1 ER 真的很差吗？

“截止于3月31日的第一季度里谷歌公司(GOOG)净利润上涨至23亿美元，折合每股净收益7.04美元，去年同期净利润19.6亿美元，折合每股净收益6.06美元。”

PAGE 说了，盈利前景仍然看好。这季主要是劳动力成本提高（HIRE 了1900人），（也许前任把门槛提得太高了，ER没有让贪心的华尔街满意）

一年前的股价570，现在仍然570，一刀没涨。

所以我看明天的OE可收在550以上。（先填GAP）

As an insider, he cannot sell during certain block period, this is common sense. The only explanation is that these sells are scheduled in advance.

if you are confident at your own company current quarter's earning, you will schedule the sale after the ER, not before.

why it is horrible idea to have it in IRA?

dividend has lower tax rate... so dividend rich stocks are more tax-friendly to be in taxable account; on the other side, dividendless (so called growth) stocks are good to be in IRA. i understand goog is arguably not a growth story any more.

GOOG Q1可以说很差，也可以说很好，看大佬想怎样炒了。

现在大佬们不喜欢tech，所以今天狗狗的对手果果和微软都跟着抛。

花街大佬们说穿了就是不喜欢给员工钱，能砍就砍，能不涨工资就不涨，至于人才流失，竞争力损失，那是以后的事啦，反正只要下面2－3个季度报表好看就行。
