中新网3月18日电 据英国广播公司报道，日本福岛第一核电站核事故抢修人员说，他们已经成功地将核电站内的抽水机接上了外界的电源。

　　据称，电源接通后，抽水机便能持续抽取冷却用水，降低发电机反应堆的温度，避免发生核灾难。

　　国际原子能机构则警告说，事态目前仍相当严重，但相对而言，福岛核电站现在的状态与之前相比，已经稳定许多。

　　该机构还表示，福岛第一核电站的情况过去24小时之内并没有显著恶化。
