you can buy from any grocery store, just look for the rBGH free label.

Many choices:
1) Buy it from Braum's Ice Cream and dairy store, lowest price I found so far, less than $3 a gallon
2) Buy from Kroger, all kroger store brand milk are rBGH free, since it is store brand, you can expect reasonable price
3) Buy other brand name rBGH free milk, higher price
4) Buy organic milk, highest price

spend a little more, worrying less.

cheapest milk is in WalMart, $0.99/gallon, NOT rBGH free guaranteed...
