The traders' sentiment may suggest a reversal is close??? Anyway, we have a daily reversal bar towards the end of a correction/consolidation.

Given the VIX buy signal from Cobra, I'm opening my first long with the 1/8 buying power.
Of course, praying the signal (going back to the BB band) will stay by 4pm.

I think the spike of TLT is consistent with the QE3 expectation, so shouldn't be viewed as bearish today. Of course it is consistent with the actions of GOLD and CRUDE.
