I think it is not limited to ETF, it is about how stock trades are registered.

Future contract trades may use other method to register than stock trades.

I am not sure why one broker sees it but not the other. 1：30PM p-bar was
observed by stockcharts as well as ThinkorSwim.

粗粗看了一下，这几年好像S&P只要能上50MA就能去200MA，几乎没有例外．今天又上50MA了，看看这次是不是又要去200MA．
