刚才谁问OR breakout的？今天因为是高开，所以OR breakout我考虑的是往上做，我是不会考虑往下的。当然，因为往上没有触发，连15 min OR都没有触发，所以今天OR的就没事情做了。

比如，POT 在NYSE 和TSX 都有listing，如果你在美国NYSE用美金买了POT，是否可以在加拿大TSX 上卖出？两者应该是对等的，对吧？

I don't think the market can make new high before the congress passes this year's budget. It will within the coming weeks.

We might see the fed government shutdown before seeing the new budget, which is a tactic of the democrats. The shutdown could generate a shock in the market, a good dip buying opportunity.

my time frame is very short(the longest  10 days), I don't buy and hold like a investor, and most important I don't read into FA too much anymore.  I only trade "hot" stocks.  Long term I have no idea at all.

hm  good question。  here is the logical answer：
nobody can buy at exact tip of bottom， so as long as I get into long，before long I will see profit。  so 被套 is the prelude of sweet finale。Unless I  am very lucky， the moment I bot I saw huge profit right away。  In that case I would feel rather ecstatic。。。
