I said EWI said DOW target 400, actually below 400, the 1929 high. I do not believe it, but I understand why they said it. It is not ridiculous from the EW point of view.

XLK看着很弱。XLF弄不好是Double Top，daily看是个Bear Flag。当然，介年头勇气比技术管用。

My hunch is, MM is selling techs for profits with financials to support the market, because financials had pullback and entered a long correction much earlier than techs.

To simplify, it's using EMA(13) of ROC from weekly data, then smoothed by MA(9).  Then compare with SPY's ROC.  In summary: The steeper the slope, the stronger the momentum is; <0, weaker than SPY, >0, stronger than SPY.

To me, if you want to day trade short finance, it maybe ok.  But I won't hold swing position of shorting finance.
