Ok,逻辑是这样的。
往上冲，消耗卖盘，冲的次数足够，没有卖盘了，就突破了。

问题是，你不知道哪次会成功。

古代打仗的时候，冲击城门的撞锥，也是要一次次地撞地。

Now SPY reached upper BB. BB is not opening yet. IWM reached upper BB, but BB is opening.
QQQQ jumped outside upper BB. So the chance of breaking out is high , or need pull back first?

CM allow me?  since CM is very busy...
if you use $500 to buy i put  your maximum lose is $500
if you short 100 share ,your maximum lose could be 2000 or more,  depends how high the price will go
