大的high-tech headcount都有松动。不过我觉得看经济是否恢复，还要看中小公司。大公司强者恒强，小公司倒了，正好是他们挖人，巩固市场份额，并购的机会。但是如果中小公司不景气，经济还是不能说好。据说有些中小公司现在还有lay off / re-org的可能...

Give me 10% inflation rate, then we can talk about job recovery. In whole US economic history, there was and there will never have any job recovery without high inflation rate. Too bad, we are in the age of global economy now, it is not that easy to creat inflation in US anymore.
