P-bar is agency accounts direct transaction, it goes in between specific accounts and not to be registered by "time and sales" stack.

That's also why if we had buy/sell limit order within that p-bar range it won't be filled.

Actually, I will be quite surprised if it reaches that p-bar "target" this week.

Yes "reversal of reversal of reversal" can happen, but rarely with a bar that "decisively" broke out (over last four-day peaks).

also, why are there only certain data feeds reflect those transactions? stockcharts consistently shows some.

VIX family in the last 8 trading days has made a strong statement - they intend to part away from their 50-day MA. I remember many during Mar of 2009 didn't believe and downplayed the similar moves.

When VIX' making multi-day divergence, you better pay attention and not to second guess too much.

It's time to watch if indices want to stay above their 50 MA now, until VIX family changed their mind.
