I was as bearish as you last year, and lost all the money I made while the market was in down trend early last year and plus more. I was pissed at Fed....., etc, as I did not see the economy turn around, I thought the market was manipulated. However, with good ER from big companies, I started to be on bull side this Jan, and I almost recovered all the loss I had in the past two years... Now, I do believe FA is much better than last year.

My guess:

T-Bond 10Year Yield will overshoot to 4.5% in short term, and back test 4.0% as a floor for long run, just because of the expectation of inflation + FED rate hike,  besides the gigantic treasury sales in light of huge US  deficit.

You will see a same inflation play just as 2007,  only difference is the market/price at relatively lower level.

Those big guys withhold the market expecting a good ER season in April ~ May.  They won't let the market panic in coming 30 days, they need it as crazy as possible so that the can dump with high profit.

Considering 2 OEs during the ER season,  plus the seasonality play,  the market will have some correction after OE day of May, possible > 8% correction.

My day dreaming wishful thinkings.
