DDD laoda, what is ur thought on the pull back? crash ? or just pull back?
The Bullish Case:
0) is SPX over valued?
1) if we are in a channel / triangle consolidation, "three tries" before breaking out is a norm;
2) if the "max pain" theory was going to play out for the OE, then that goal will be achieved;
3) how many fund managers and individual investors have missed if we were going to break out yesterday?
4) strong financial performances;
5) clear housing / construction bottoming signs;
...
The Bearish Case:
1) Too many bears have been "killed" over the last two short-term rallies, and we bring the market down to trap some new ones;
2) If we continue to go for new high, the room is limited. Needs a > 5% adjustment badly;
3) Election uncertainty, fiscal cliff fears, Q3 weaknesses and global slow down are good excuses for an attach.
