BTW, the best strategy for CSCO from my point of view, is to sell put when the price stabilized, if you understand the risk of it... I made money for the last three months by doing that.

    the problem is if it is going to touch new high, we don't where the top.  wait for the market give you the top range. then start to short.

remember cobra said, top will touch at least twice, that is when you can start to short if you want to short. and buy the first dip after the new high such as yesterday and today.
