One thing that looks suspicious is that this down leg is too intense ... it's simply one big bar, indicating a very concentrated bear assault.

It remains to be seen whether this down due to BOA is agreeable by the broad market. After all, C, WFC, and JPM, the better banks, have all be able to beat ... Those news were buried by the other lousy macro data in the last few trading days.
