简单地说是某些大户与market maker成交单子未能及时处理。
后来在处理时市价已不是当初的成交价了。
由于market maker在此价进货，他事后会想办法把价格拉回到此大单的成交点出货了结。
十多年前有一本书对此机理有较详细的解释。

Or, simply say,
MM tests market strength. p-bar is what the test result (an impulse can reach)
