the thing is only to trade the set-up which he/she is good at..

Al's words on 1 min chart: When I am very confident about a 5 min with the trend trade and want to get in early, I will often look at the 1 min chart, like when the market is forming a H2 pullback to the ema in a bull, I will some times buy market as soon as a 1 min bull reversal bar forms.
