I even think paulson did this on purpose,

 

he should have knonw how bad the situation was long before those giants falls and knew such a two-page plan won't be passed at begining.

Agree. It's more and more clear that Paulson did this on purpose, to drag along and allow GS and other firms to unload most of their longs. That's why they banned short sale. And now the market is on a free fall, but the ban is lifted without any strings. If you look at his face, it's a very greedy, evil looking one!
