Any anti-virus software should have a kind of "Program Control" tab. which shows a table, or a similar window to list "access", "decline", , ,
Likely, your JAVA, or Adobe access is disabled improperly.
You need to identify which one works (just try one-by-one), then turns it on or off (per your preference).

I am not a Kasperski user. don't know its way, but it should be similar.

If it's a common issue, you might google and see a quick fix. Below is what I searched. not sure if it fits your problem.
