My short theses on GOOG:

- One of the major drivers for the cloud computing era of the next 5 - 10 years, among AKAM, CRM, RAX, VMW, etc. that I regret not getting in two year ago and then last year.

- Among all of the promising cloud computing technology companies, none is financially as solid as GOOG.

- With the original founder back on top, the innovations could be promoted to the next level.

- Talented and diversified.

- AAPL's dividend move is putting pressure on GOOG to do the same
