if that is the case, wouldn't you get lower high 1359 (high was 1370) and lower low <1329, and would you turn bearish there?

您的中期 time-frame 是什么， weekly chart, 还是 daily chart?
如果是daily-chart, 那 1370  to 1359， 1329  to 1320(蓝色线)， 不是LH, LL 吗？

如果是weekly ，那得到1250以下才是中期bearish?

My guess: it is Time Frame, but don't understand it.

If it is not Time Frame, then what it is?

But I guess it has nothing to do with RUT
