    If you bother to spend some effort to understand it, the first four sentences state the fact, the 6th sentence links the fact to the market behavior, the 5th sentence is the explanation, which is the key as it reveals investor's expectation. The underlying assumption is that investor's collective expectation moves the market, and the collective expectation changes slowly.
