On each day, we may have 3 good swing DT chances. 5 min chart should be enough to catch them.

DT 5 minutes is good enough for mini-future.

I used to use 3 minutes chart for DT, but I switch back to 5 minutes chart and it's much easier for me.

My conclusion to OP: you are NOT ready to DT. Sorry to say that. Stop it and try Paper Trade with a better system.

Why we always talk about SMA, MA and patterns? Because they are more reliable. Good luck.

DT index is not that easy, i have to work hard for both technically and psychologically.
However, for TA, there might be still room to improve, i have no idea how to improve my trading psychology.

You have to know the daily trend before you make any Day trading for future. From the trading pattern, it seems that you have no idea what is going on in next 30 min.
The volatility of Emini is pretty high. Sometimes, I saw 3 points up and down within 1 min. So the stop loss can not be that small, which requests larger profit margin to cover. Say if win:loss = 4:1, then you need to project 12 point to make one wining trade.
