白等竞选纲领上就说要涨税了，只是涨什么，涨多少以及什么时候涨。

估计先涨capital gain，他的proposal是100万收入以上。

公司税从21%涨到28%，这个估计不会现在涨，会等到经济恢复。

大公司海外利润收税，这个看他team里lobbyist的功力。

以他的背景，估计很多不了了之。

税一般是one time impact，回调一下就消化了。

理论上来说，应该回调到3500至少。
问题是，回调到了3500后，还会有新的大钱进来嘛？
目前场外观望的前，3500的时候应该不会进，空间不够。
FED 再大印特印？

3500 would be my next retrace target, and reason I think it needs to up to 3850-3900 first before the retrace.

理论上，我是看先回调到3500，然后决定是向下突破后者测试现在的高点 然后不排除去38XX。 如果失败 会跌破3500.
当然，新高的机会大些

三月的底reset到什么程度，是个大问题。我倾向于是个大correction。不是一个超短的bearmarket，重启10年牛市那种。

I'm positioning for a correction starting somewhere in 3766-3871 range.  
my 3 retracement targets: 1) 3320; 2) 3530; 3) retesting the maginot line connecting 2020/02 - 2018/01 - 2009/03

I'm in agreement with that being a big correction. IMHO, it completes wave C of 2 of this secular bull trend since March 2009, we are now in wave 3 in this big time frame, typically the strongest leg.
