但是如果他在HT拉人，那是恶意破坏HT,　他就该永远被禁．

Each website can have their own rules, just like each company can have diff. rules. As long as it's not violating law.  You can't say company A allows something, so company B has to follow. By just moving the posts around absolutely not violating any federal law, web hosts have the right to send them the site that they deem are most appropriate.

And each coutry on planet Earth has diff laws as well. Even though we are all earthman/earthwoman, but obviously not allowed to enter diff. country at will. you have to follow their rules.

I know Marketwatch.com always deletes offensive comments, but I don't see their rules being posted on any eyecatching site.

Suggestion: Permernantly set the rules on top. Anyone violating the rules can be deleted or send to Longmen, maybe setup a trash can as well.

Plus----No one is allowed to personally attack another HTer, that should be banned.

Some rules are not set up for the current situation. So I am going to take the heat for a week. If you don't like it, you have the option to come back a week later. Or you can complain to Cobra or 老亥。HT is theirs, I do whatever I am allowed to.
