Seeings more comments surrounding the $USD strength and how it could dampen the inflation outlook in FOMC Minutes.
FOMC Minutes: Fed emphasized forward guidance was data dependent. Rising dollar as risk to exports, growth, minutes show.

（Looks like Dudley was hinting at this in his statement earlier this week）

FOMC Minutes: Several see lift-off sooner than guidance reflects.
Sees like the majority is in no rush to normalize policy. Don't forget, we lose the two dissenters in 2015 (Plosser & Fisher).

不一定delay the rate hike。
rate hike 股市也要涨涨。
不会宣布another QE。
没有 another QE。
股市也要涨涨。
