chance next to zero to get wiped out.

chance to loss only if the gain is less than the interset you pay to the broker. odd is lower too.

Not high gain play for sure, but safe play.
if you are looking for something 10+% in short term, this is not for you.
you may need to hold it for several months before see good gain.

Target: $10/per share.

FA 理论上讲，US bond shouldn't be negative return，otherwise cash is better.
Hence, TLT has a ceiling.
