OK，其实也没啥好说的，你把股价的波动理解成运动中的物体就好了，这样的瀑布，怎么可能明天就到底了？你以为你是在火星？你自己想啊，一大群人拼了命的往后跑，你端着高音喇叭在那喊，不要跑不要跑，你说要多久这帮人才会停下来，掉头往前跑？所以惯性是可以应用在股市上的，毕竟股价的波动是人的群体效应啊。

SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi said Friday that the Italian government will balance the country's budget ahead of schedule by 2013 and take steps to loosen up its labor market in a bid to reassure investors, the Wall Street Journal reported on its website. Berlusconi said during a press conference that the government will introduce a balanced-budget amendment and push ahead with a comprehensive liberalization program, the newspaper said. The prime minister also said finance ministers from the Group of Seven countries will meet within the next few days to discuss the financial crisis, according to media reports.
