I am more relly on pattern, support line, resistance line, price channel, & price bar action read...
also volume....
Cobra gave a good example today, you can review it again....
normally, I only trade when pattern break out & price bar give reasonal signal....
I like swing trade in a range day, but sometime is forced to do scalp...

When FED stops buying MBS, the liquidity on the market will be reduced. The current rally is largely fanned by the large amount of liquidity that FED put into the system. Stopping buying MBS is kind of tightening.

In canada, only Toronto and Voncouver two cities...
there are so many rich Chinese new immigration families...
Even students ,they bought house during university study...
that is one of the important reason...

I know someone who just bought a house in east bay, he(single) rented his up floor to two people and he himself lives in the first floor.

The rent fee he collects covered all his monthly mortgage.
