Depends on how to read the data. Unusual activities might give you some hints. such as extreme cases at market top and bottom.
I was told there are two mathmaticians (brothers) are pretty good on that. Both of them are working for GS now.
To be fair, all of these tricks of Level II & block trade data on the regualr daily base are beyond our average traders. I have tried alomost 9 months and given up, finally. Now much more stick on TA.

Don't change the trade to R&D. This is one of my probelms.
The most useful for trader is your TA level and your own trading system. A pro trader doesn't talk and discuss too much. they stick on their systems.
