Sometimes market just consolidate after ChiOsc hitting an extreme high.  But personally, I think this time the market is likely to reverse from this area (not necessarily today or tomorrow) given a string of other signals.  However, I will not short until the market has started moving down.

Mid to long term wise, market still has chances to make new high next year, may not be strong like '09, but will like '99-'00 with choppy and slow uptrend.
