Paulson hand picked the portfolio he wanted to short, gave it GS, and GS passed it to its client without mentioning who picked the portfolio and who's shorting it.

   No need to argue if GS need to disclose it or not, the point is whether GS has disclosed it or not.

    You misunderstanded, paulson only helped pick the portfolio, no evidence shows that he involved in valuating the deals yet...... if no evidence can support this point, GS might win the case.....
