yesterday: after test premarket high, market turned south. The short entry I can see is ema gap. Down had 3 push down: 1,2,3. Notice 3-2 < 2-1, it means bear was weakening. So the corrective up was following. After trendline was broken, it did 3 push up corrective up: x, y, z. But it needed to test the low to have bigger upside move. It tested the low this morning at A (I overlooked this). This up had almost 8 points.
Today: again ema gap short entry. Notice there were 3 big green candles before drop, so the 2nd short entry was safer (but market just kept dropping yesterday, no 2nd short entry). The 2nd entry was also ema gap. Market again did 3 push down, 4,5,6. At 6 it overshot the downtrend line, normally 2 leg up should follow, but the diff today is 6-5 > 5-4, bear was not weakening. Finally after another big overshot at 7, market reversed. It's sort of unusual.
Today I can be sure that DT bulls made money through the last upleg all did 死抗。
Of course no one can catch every big move. But if you got 1 or 2 moves, the profit is there. |
