我记得几周前最低的30年锁还是4.625, 就这两周突然降低到4。375了。真是没有最低，只有更低啊

Ever heard strategic default? Low rate can't pump the housing market. Bail out is on the way. But that means high tax rate, interest rate following up later. still a dead end. Yes, Corps have a lot of cash now and making a kill on profit end, the globle job market is growing. But where are those profits coming from, where are the job growing areas?

Pig market, yes. Big bull market, not likely.
