Isn't this a typical sign of a bubble?
In general, if it is a bubble, it will ultimately burst. The only question is when (5 years, 10 years, or even longer) and how. Tough splendid and breathtaking, 最后的盛宴 is only for gamblers.
But, if hyperinflation is on the way, we may not see the burst of the bubble, at least not in the normal sense.
BTW, heard that the overall loan ratio in China's housing market is very low (20-30%). Not sure whether it is true. If the number is indeed so low, then it is quite different from a typical housing bubble, e.g., the one we just had in the US. |
