Your reasoning is very, very flawed. There's never been a day that money market funds have 0 dollar, and it can never be. To say WS wants to seduce all the 3 trillion strong to the stock market is just your and my wishful thinking. WS knows better than that.
Look at the historical data and get some idea. On Jan 1, 2008, the beginning of the bear market, the size of the money market fund was $3.16 trillion. Now is $3.3 trillion. Some of the money belong to the governments that has huge budget but not enough money to cover. Do you really think it's time now for them to put the money in the stock market.
