i have looked at online retail for some time, still think it is too hard for me to estimate a valuation, probably because I don't shop online much and I have never opened a store before.

What is the advantage of JD compared to other online retailers?
What characteristics of JD make you think that it will be one of the future winner?
How valuation estimate are you giving JD?

I do not pay much attention to financial report, but a general view how the company is doing, base + growth.

I like the base, and the future growth, which is enough for me to take an initial bet.
I will only add to the position when the first bet is showing nice profit.

我在国内的感觉就是，以后电商是京东做老大。
天猫不行，价格比京东贵，信誉还不如。
淘宝假货泛滥，而且淘宝也是不收交易费的，赚人气但不赚钱。
支付宝这个最赚钱的已被剥离出去。
所以baba能被看好，京东也更是该。京东的问题是它现在报表太烧钱了，而且之前涨了很多。
另外那个刘强东把老婆甩了来泡奶茶，这个炒作过度后就给人老板不务正业的感觉。
